3. Purpose of processing

We collect your data exclusively to:

• Provide the Vestre service (wardrobe management, outfit suggestions)
• Generate personalized suggestions through AI
• Create virtual try-on visualizations
• Send service communications (password reset, important updates)
• Send push notifications about your wardrobe and outfit suggestions (only with your consent)

Your images and personal data are NEVER used to train artificial intelligence models. This applies to both our systems and third-party providers. We have explicitly configured our providers to exclude your data from any training process.

6. Storage and security

All data is stored on Supabase servers located in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), in compliance with GDPR.

We use industry-standard security measures: encryption at rest and in transit, two-factor authentication, access control.

7. Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active. Upon account deletion, all personal data and images are permanently removed within 30 days.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

9. Biometric data

The avatar photo may contain biometric information (facial features). We clarify that:

• We do NOT use this data for identification or facial recognition
• We do NOT share this data with third parties for marketing purposes
• We do NOT use images for AI training
• You can delete your avatar at any time from the app

10. Cookies

The Vestre app does not use third-party tracking cookies. We only use essential technical cookies for authentication and session functionality.

11. No analytics or tracking

Vestre does NOT use analytics services such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or similar. We do not track your activity for advertising or profiling purposes.

12. Push notifications

The app may send you push notifications. Regarding these notifications:

• We send push notifications only if you grant permission through your device's operating system settings
• Notifications are used only for service-related communications (outfit suggestions, reminders, important updates)
• We do not send third-party advertising through push notifications
• You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings (Settings > Vestre > Notifications)
• Notification-related data is retained for the duration of your account

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
