1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using the Vestre application ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. Vestre reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.

2. Service description

Vestre is a wardrobe management application that uses artificial intelligence to:

• Organize and catalog your clothing items
• Suggest personalized outfit combinations through AI
• Generate outfit visualizations with your personal avatar
• Create demo videos of outfits
• Send personalized notifications about outfit suggestions and updates

3. Use of third-party artificial intelligence

The Service uses artificial intelligence models provided by third-party providers. Vestre does not develop, train, nor directly control these AI models.

AI providers used include Google (Gemini) for image analysis and suggestion generation, and Claid.ai for video generation. Vestre reserves the right to change, add, or remove AI providers at any time without notice.

Data sent to AI providers:

• Images of your clothing items (for color, category, fabric analysis)
• Your avatar/profile photo (to generate personalized visualizations)
• Text descriptions of your wardrobe
• Physical data (height, weight, skin tone) to correctly proportion visualizations

Data NEVER shared with AI providers:

• Email, password, or login credentials
• Payment information
• Browsing history or behavioral tracking data

4. No use for AI training

Your images, personal data, and information are NOT used to train artificial intelligence models. The AI models we use are pre-trained by their respective providers. Your data is processed exclusively to provide you with the Service and is deleted upon your request.

5. Limitation of liability

Vestre assumes no responsibility for:

• The accuracy of AI-generated visualizations, which may not exactly reflect the real appearance of outfits
• The appropriateness of style suggestions for specific occasions, cultural contexts, or personal preferences
• Any inappropriate, inaccurate, or unexpected results generated by third-party AI models
• Purchase or clothing decisions made by the user based on the App's suggestions

6. User content

You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload to the App. Vestre does not claim any ownership rights to your content.

By uploading content, you grant Vestre a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process such content solely to provide you with the Service. This license terminates when you delete your content or your account.

7. Minimum age

The Service is intended for users at least 16 years of age. By using the App, you declare that you are at least 16 years old. If you are between 16 and 18 years old, you declare that you have obtained parental or guardian consent.

8. Account and security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur through your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9. Service modifications

Vestre reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including AI features, without notice or liability.

10. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the App. Vestre reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of violation of these Terms.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Milan shall have jurisdiction, except as provided by consumer protection regulations.
